Jess has 22 years in martial arts training across varying disciplines. Fitness is her passion second only to her love of teaching her self-defense class. Part of the 9Round community from the first day she and her team have enabled countless 9Rounders to meet goals and surpass their own beliefs in what they are capable of.

Jo was originally a member of 9Round FL. Starting for the reasons many of our community walk through the doors, weight loss. 25kgs and a PT certification later she leads our team with passion and one of the better understandings of what a 9Rounder can take from our clubs.

Jo has gone on to study her nutritionist qualifications since covid and now aids members in understanding the benefits of healthy eating habits combined with fitness.
