Eddie
We asked Eddie to share his favourite training combo, and he told us “Left front kick, right roundhouse, left low roundhouse and right knee”. He does love his kicks!! .
Anthony
We asked Anthony what he loves most about being a trainer, and he told us “After 10 years working in sales , I made the career jump into I’m something very passionate and excited about! I get to wake up each day excited and help people reach new goals!”
His favourite exercise?
“I’m all about keeping it simple. Some of my favourites are deadlifts, squats, swimming and definitely KICKBOXING!”
What does he like doing when he’s not training?
“Thinking of ways to improve the next training! I also love to try new foods from different cultures”
Josh
Josh has been a qualified trainer for almost a year now. He loves being able to help, encourage & motivate people to work their hardest.
His favourite exercise? “Would have to be deadlifts”
And when he’s not training? “Just chilling, whether it be hanging with friends & family or playing some basketball”
Chris
We asked him to give us a quick intro to share his story:
“Hi all my name is Chris Pana I’m 45 years old. I took up interest in Boxing about 8 years ago just for fitness hitting bags doing Pad work, then quickly fell in love with the sport and have had 2 fights in the last 3 years. But my real passion is training people I have been a trainer on and off for about 2 years.
I love helping clients achieve their fitness goals but also improve their Boxing Technique while Training.”
Astrid
“I started boxing training 7 years ago doing private sessions with a pro boxer for self defence and exercise, then shortly after ventured into some martial arts and found I enjoyed Thai Boxing and Eskrima, all I continue to learn and train in today.
I like to focus on technique as this provides a degree of injury prevention and also assists those with previous injuries adapt to cope safely with the sport. But I’m happy just to hit pads for fun too!
I enjoy helping people achieve goals and improving, it’s immensely rewarding seeing someone learn, grow and achieve more than they thought they could, not just physically but mentally as well.
My one rule with working out is never give up!"
