With over 10 years experience in the fitness industry, my motto has always been that exercise should be FUN and NOT a chore! It's super important to me that clients find enjoyment in their sessions. Without enjoyment, it’s too easy to lose motivation and get off track. It’s my job to stop that from happening!
I have extensive knowledge in boxing, kickboxing, and strength and conditioning as both a personal trainer and group trainer. A session with the “Big Boss” will always be hard, but I’ll always be there to motivate you and make it fun - I love my banter, just as much as I love giving sets of squats ;)
